1. Who we are

Adpivo provides digital marketing, AI-assisted business tools, customer communication tools, automation features, and connected integrations. References to “Adpivo,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the Adpivo service you are using.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the service you use, we may collect:

• Account information such as name, email address, business name, login and security information.
• Business profile information, services, prices, goals, knowledge-base content, and settings you provide.
• Customer communication data you choose to process through Adpivo, including messages, contact details, booking details, and conversation history.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, logs, timestamps, security events, and diagnostic data.
• Subscription, billing, and transaction information received from payment providers. Adpivo does not need to store full payment-card details when those are handled by a payment provider.
• Information received from third-party services that you connect to Adpivo.

3. Google Calendar and Google user data

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Adpivo uses Google OAuth to request only the permissions needed for the calendar features you enable. Depending on the permissions shown on the Google consent screen, this may include your Google account email, calendar metadata, availability/free-busy information, and calendar event data.

Adpivo uses this Google data only to provide user-facing calendar functionality you request, such as connecting a calendar, showing connection status, checking availability, creating or updating bookings, cancelling or rescheduling events, and creating meeting links when supported and enabled.

Adpivo does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or use Google user data to build advertising profiles. Human access to Google user data is limited to cases where you give explicit permission, it is required for security or abuse investigation, it is required by law, or access is necessary to provide support or maintain the service under applicable Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Adpivo services.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts.
• Process customer conversations and automation instructions you configure.
• Provide AI-generated assistance, summaries, recommendations, replies, and workflow actions that you request.
• Connect and operate integrations such as Google Calendar and supported messaging services.
• Provide customer support and respond to requests.
• Detect fraud, abuse, security threats, and service errors.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. AI processing

Some Adpivo features use AI service providers to process the content needed to generate a requested response or action. We aim to send only the information needed for that function and apply access and security controls appropriate to the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide customer or business information to Adpivo and to use AI or automation for your intended business purpose.

6. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Adpivo, such as cloud hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, AI, communications, payment, and integration providers. These providers receive information only as needed to perform services for Adpivo and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money.

7. Data storage and security

Adpivo uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, transport encryption, and encrypted storage for sensitive integration credentials where supported. OAuth access and refresh tokens used for connected services are treated as sensitive credentials and are not intended to be exposed in the customer-facing interface.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should use strong account security and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and service.

When a connected integration is disconnected, Adpivo will stop using that integration for new actions. Where supported, associated credentials are deleted or revoked. Some limited records may remain in backups, audit logs, or records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to request a copy of information you provided. Contact info@adpivo.com to make a request.

You can disconnect Google Calendar from Adpivo at any time through the integration controls. You can also manage or revoke Google account access through your Google Account permissions.

10. International processing

Adpivo and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Children

Adpivo business services are not intended for children under the age at which they can legally consent to use an online business service in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly design these services for children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, integrations, or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
